• All the students must be present in their respective allotted rooms after evening attendance. Official Representative/ Hostel Attendant can check the presence of any student within room and report the absence to warden. Strict disciplinary action shall be taken against offenders which may include suspending the student from hostel and college.
• The parents/ guardians are allowed to meet their wards only in the visitor’s room area. Visiting hours for parents/ guardians will be as under
  • Winter (October - March) 4.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
  • Summer (April - September) 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
• Guest/Guardians/Parents have to seek official permission to meet their wards in the hostel.
• Mess charges to be paid annually at the beginning of the session.
• Stay by of outsider / day scholars is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises.
• No Change of room is allowed once allotted until and unless there is an emergency.
• Hostellers are not allowed night stay outside the hostel. In case of emergency, written request from parents / guardians and prior permission of the Warden and Principal will be required.
• The Hostel fee covers the provision of accommodation only. For any other facility, extra charges will be levied.
• Cleanliness of their respective rooms will be personal responsibility of the hostellers.
• Common room timings should be strictly observed. Watching T.V. or get together after 10:30 p.m. is not allowed.
• Non-vegetarian eatables, cigarettes, gambling, consumption of alcohol & other intoxicants are strictly prohibited. In case of violation strict disciplinary action will be taken, which can be expulsion from the hostel also.
• If a student is found creating indiscipline or becomes a source of nuisance, he / she will be expelled from the hostel / college depending on gravity of offence. Deposited fee / charges will not be refunded.
• Extra electrical appliance e.g. Air Coolers, Press, Heater, Induction, Microwave, Kettle in the hostel are not allowed.
• Students, in their own interest are not allowed to keep costly items like jewelry and large amount of cash, with them in their room. Electronic gadgets, music system & T.V are also not permitted in the rooms.
• Students must switch off fans and tube lights while going out of room.
• Any damage to the hostel furniture / appliances / accessories or any other property will be recovered from the security deposited by allottee / occupant.
• The routine attendance, outgoing time and incoming time entry record will be maintained both by the hostel attendant and the main gate security. All students in their own interest must cooperate and ensure that such records are maintained.
• After returning from home leave, submission of sanctioned leave application form given to the student and entry into hostel register is compulsory. The students should also make entries at the gate too and get the forms stamped.
• Use of mobiles must not cause disturbance to room mates or other hostellers.
• Any resident found in possession of any weapon/ drugs shall be expelled and the matter shall be reported to the police.
• All hostel rooms including almirahs and personal belongings will be open to inspection by the Principal / Warden at any time.
• Illness or minor ailment must be reported to the warden immediately.
• Pets are not allowed in the hostel.
• The responsibility of gadgets / appliances / furniture once issued shall entirely be of the students. The students themselves shall be liable of repair and maintenance work of these.
• No extra furniture is allowed to any student in the hostel premises without prior written permission from hostel warden.
• Use of AC is strictly prohibited while the generator is in use. Strict action shall be taken against the offenders.
• No celebrations are allowed in the hostel premises without the permission of warden / principal.
• Food will be served only in the dinning area and taking of food in hostel rooms is strictly prohibited.
• Bonafide student not allowed to live outside as PG only local resident who have valid T-1 will be consider as local resident.

These rules are for strict compliance, appropriate disciplinary action shall be taken against the defaulters.
